Shipping policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will ship same day or next business day.
Domestic Shipping Options
USPS Priority Mail
- $8.00 for single-item orders
- $15.00 for orders containing multiple items
- Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days
Please note that expedited or express shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@jluxellc.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Shipping Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. JLUXE is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will gladly reship the order once it has been returned to our facility. Please note that the UPS return process may take several days or, in some cases, a few weeks. Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to inaccurate shipping information.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because we work to process orders quickly, all purchases are final once submitted. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after checkout under any circumstances.
