We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@jluxellc .com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that JLUXE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once the package is returned to us by UPS, we will promptly reship it to the correct address. Please be advised that this return process may take several days or, in some cases, a few weeks, depending on UPS processing times.
