Order & Delivery

What should I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?

Please allow an additional business day, as carriers may mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. If your package still has not been received, contact us via email for further assistance. Customers who purchased shipping protection may also refer to our Shipping Protection Policy to begin a claim.

What if an item is missing or incorrect in my order?

If you receive an incorrect item or notice something missing from your order, please contact info@jluxellc.com immediately after delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Order Processing & Modifications

Can I change a product in my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it immediately enters processing and cannot be changed or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, address changes may be made if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your updated information. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details.

Is shopping on your website secure?

Shipping

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Dallas, Texas.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 3–5 business days through USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

At this time, same-day delivery is not available.

Is local pickup available?

Yes. We do offer local pickup for select orders. The exact pickup location and instructions will be provided at checkout after your order is confirmed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information, please verify your email address and contact us for assistance.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order for a refund?

At this time, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Do you offer store credit or exchanges?

No, we currently do not offer store credit or exchanges. If your order was placed through a third-party platform such as Facebook or TikTok Shop, please contact us directly via email for assistance regarding your order.
